Chubby days are over

In 2010 i started my journey on the weight loss. I used to be really insecure, with no confidence, no friends but 1 or 2, i used to weight 163 and i'm 5'4, today i weight 148 lbs. It wasn't easy. A year ago, i turned depressed when i started college, and then i gave up in everything, studying medicine, losing weight, changing my lifestyle... So now i'm trying to retake everything from the beginning, and this is my way to stay motivated.
